I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms had a lovely view of the beach and Montgo, and the beds were comfy. The staff was really friendly. The pool area was nice, though.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had a lovely balcony with a view of the pool and Arenal beach, but the TV had limited English channels. The service was friendly and helpful, although the powdered fruit juice was a downside. The location was excellent, close to the beach and amenities, yet the noise from the staff car park could disturb sleep. The dining options were not the best, with slow service and limited appetizing food. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is located right across from the beach and on the Arenal, which is fantastic, but it could use some updates. The service was a bit lacking as some staff members seemed rude, yet housekeeping and laundry services were satisfactory.
